So, I'm starting a new diet/energy program today. I'm not going to get into details on here until I know if it works or not. It consists of an energy drink (a powdery mixture), a tablet an hour before dinner and a glass of tea before bed. I will be keeping track of my workouts and the program for a week.
Day 1- June 19.
Starting Weight: 215
Height 5'1
8AM: Mix my drink together and start drinking it. First thoughts is that it tastes chalky, like the tablets children take/let melt in their mouth. Other than that it's actually quite good.
9AM: Breakfast of Cherrios with half a sliced banana.
10AM: One hour workout using the Wii and WiiFit.
11AM: Lunch of grilled cheese sandwich.
Noon: A bit of cleaning.
1PM: Watching Television
5PM: Take my before meal tablet.
6PM: Dinner
630PM: Cleaning up dinner dishes and family time
8PM: Pretty Little Liars and Design by Jane
10PM: Evening Tea
11PM: Bed
The above is just a rough draft/thoughts about how the week will go. I will be changing things throughout the week, probably how much I work-out and when. I have to work in my actual work though as well. I will probably do that as I am watching television though or just adjust the times as it normally doesn't take that long to clean in the morning or eat dinner/clean afterwards.
