I have decided to change my workout routine up monthly completely, during the month I will change it up a bit just so it doesn't get boring and repetitive. That isn't fun for anybody, especially me as I am the one that will be doing the exercises.
For the month of January, I have decided to work out 3 times a week (varying days) for between an hour and 2 hours with a 10 minute warm up before the workout and a 10 minute cool down/stretching about an hour before bed. I've found it calms me and helps me sleep on the nights I do it, so I may do that nightly.
The exercises I am doing this month are leg-lifts, the boxing bag, treadmill, hoola hooping, walking up and down steps and arm lifts.
